Join us at Calhoun Flower Farms for a 60-minute morning yoga session led by instructor Carissa Ann.
Focus on grounding energy through breathwork and repetition. This class is designed to create an opportunity to deepen the mind-body connection, to break a sweat while focusing on the breath and cultivating a DEEP release.
Class will be a series of flow-through sequences, repeated in sets, to be able to get into the body fully; while still hitting muscle isolation, dynamic movement, strength, and conditioning.

Arrive at 7:30 am and prepare for your class by walking around our flower farm and getting in touch with nature. The class will begin promptly at 8:00 am and end with a Savasana at 9:00 am.
